C.L. Candle Co. is 100% handcrafted. Slight variations from candle to wax melts are considered a part of the unique handcrafted process and are to be expected. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will replace or refund items damaged during shipping if a photo is provided for proof of damage.

You may exchange your item for another with the same size and price within 14 days of delivery. Please include your name, and order number.
