Shipping policy

Items on the website are available and ready to ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated. Once shipped, orders may take 3-5 days to arrive not including processing time. Tracking notifications are sent as soon as the order is processed.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays when the UPS or USPS is closed.
Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day (Mon-Fri)
and then shipped.
Once a package is picked up and scanned in by the carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. C.L. Candle Co. is unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. C.L. Candle Co. will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.
